  On Wednesday last week - absolutely super trip. Saturday - what a performance. All I asked was could I take the trolley with ALL my goods to my car just outside in the Disabled Bay and oh dear what a lot of who ha hum I am 85 and obviously disabled so needed the trolley but was told that where you had six to start with you were now down to three!! If they let me do it then everybody would want it to happen for them. Oh dear, I should have gone to Lathams!!! The lady came out to see that I didn't take myself for a trip in the trolley, down the high street!! What a sight to see!!!! Hope she saw that I managed to drop the big parcels on the ground by the car and I did return the trolley straight away. Usually I don't have all this hassle - the staff are very accommodating, but I was not impressed on Saturday. Still I got all the items I wanted - so many thanks for that.
